Infertility

Definition

Infertility primarily refers to the inability of an individual to contribute to conception. In women, it should also talk to the state when she isn't ready to carry a pregnancy to its point.

Causes

According to Ayurveda, preparing for conception will be easier compared to the process of farming. just like the health of a crop depends on the standard of soil, seed, timing of sowing, and amount of watering it gets, the health of a baby depends on the health of its parents. For a pregnancy to be healthy and successful, a couple needs to look out of the following four essential factors:

  • Sperm/Ovum
  • Uterus
  • Nourishment
  • Time for Conception

Reproductive health, in both men and ladies, depends on the health of the reproductive tissue or Shukra that. In women, shukra creates the ovum as a part of the monthly cycle, and in men, the semen is made due to sexual stimulation. The Shukra is made as a part of a long chain of metabolic transformations. It with the digestion of foods then goes on to the transformation of food to nutrient fluid, blood, muscle, fat, bone, bone marrow, and eventually, to shukra tissue.
