Infrastructur

The school is having an average recourse on all learning and infrastructure. The school stated functioning since 2004. It is developing fast due to the keen interest shown by the Management committee including our medical Director. All the text books needed for studies are available in the library. Accessibility to internet is also made through providing computers in the library.
Physical facilities
How well endowed is the university in terms of physical infrastructure? (classroom, administrative building, transport, water, power supply, etc. to run the academic programme). Enclose the master plan of the university campus indicating the existing building and the projected expansions in the future.
The total built up area of the school of Ayurveda is 148165 sq. mts. With 5 class rooms .There is an administrative block to be built soon with an area of 2200 sq. mts. A well equipped hospital 9000 sq. mts is attached to the college building. A central library is working attached the college with 2873 sq.mts of carpet area

There are collections of 4282 books in the library on various subjects. Computer facility is there in the library so that the students’ faculties can have access to amble number of websites.
There are department libraries functioning in all the departments that have at least 30-70 books for ready reference. A conference hall is there with area 950 sq. mts. and a Yoga hall with area of 2225x 910 sq. mtr.
Well equipped dissection hall with enough number of models and charts for teaching along with cadavers are present in the college building. Well equipped Physiology and Pathology labs are the best assets of our institution. Department of radiology is provided with X- ray machines and Ultrasound scanning machines.
The school is having uninterrupted electricity supply with 2 Diesel generator capacity of 60 KVA . water treatment plant with One filtration plant with capacity of 300,000 liters / day .

b) Co- curricular activities
A spacious auditorium with a big stage that can house around 1000 persons at a time to carry out all types of cultural and scientific events is present inside the college building.
c) Sports
A sports ground which is common for all the students to play foot ball, volley ball , basket ball and Badminton are available in the campus. There are facilities for indoor games as Billiards, Table tennis, Caroms and Chess . In addition to all these .
The school started functioning since 4 years. It has achieved fast development in infrastructure. A well equipped Anatomy department with laboratory facilities in Physiology, Pathology and Standardization of drugs are examples of augmentation of the infrastructure in the institution. Operation Theater with facilities for doing surgeries in piles and Fistula also are other examples of the developments of the institution. Hospital with a capacity of 360 beds shows the augmentation in the academic activities coming in pace with service of mankind.
There is a separate common room for girls and even a library room for them. Rest rooms are provided for women with bath room facilities. Rest room is provided for women upstairs .
